- The second level has three bedrooms, the bathroom, the dining area and the kitchen.

Trash
- Collected every day or two. Please put kitchen trash in white plastic bags in lined barrels at bottom of stairs. We do recycle cans, bottles and jars but not paper. There are two recycling bins under counter beside the refrigerator.

Fireplaces
- Do not use the fireplace in the dining area. There is a firewood supply business on the right as you head towards Wellfleet just before Prince Valley Road. You are also welcome to use the locust logs piled in the yard. If you wish to have a small cooking fire on the beach, you must get a permit. Speak to Marcia about the procedure.
Beach
- Beach stickers are required for parking at most beaches in Truro during the summer season from the third weekend in June until Labor Day. Stickers can be obtained at the Beach Commission Office next to the North Truro Post Office. Marcia has the forms to be filled out by landlord and tenant. Of course, there is no sticker required at our beach since you will be parked in the yard, not on the street.
